Job Description

We currently are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our expanding Industrial Supplier's growing team. They provide a variety of Industrial products to Office, Manufacturing and Warehousing industries. As an order entry specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing incoming orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and exceptional customer service. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The order entry specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring orders are processed accurately and promptly.

Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming orders received via various channels
  • Accurately enter order details into the company's database or order management system.
  • Review orders for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate with customers or sales representatives to clarify order information or resolve any discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as sales, inventory, and shipping to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all orders, including customer information, product details, and order status updates.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in order processing, data entry, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using order management software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with excellent numerical and data entry skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

Compensation:

Starting pay range of $26 to $30 per hour.

Full benefits package with 401k match.

Company will pay 70% of health insurance each month as well.
