Job Description

Customer Success Manager Location : Remote (US) Schedule : Monday - Friday; Full-time Salary : $100,000/annually About the Role: The Customer Success Team works to ensure that our customers are maximizing the value they are receiving from our products and services. We believe in doing whatever it takes to make our customers successful, and the Customer Success team drives that success every day. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be managing clients that are of strategic importance to the organization. Customer Success Managers work to drive value that leads to expansion, renewals and customer satisfaction. You will be dedicated to finding additional opportunities within current client accounts by establishing lasting relationships with key decision makers and working collaboratively with your Account Executives. Responsibilities: • Grow revenue within existing accounts by identifying new sales opportunities and successfully seeing them through by working with the Account Executive and independently.

  • Gain command of our corporate message, leverage data in our platform and identify strategic growth opportunities to help clients understand and grow their business.
  • Exceptional Hubspot precision to provide up to date and accurate ongoing forecasts.
  • Conduct well-informed and consultative meetings with senior level executives to
demonstrate the business value of our product that clearly articulates our innovative products.
  • Negotiate balanced renewals and expansions that profit our business while benefiting the client and shepherd the deal through legal negotiation.
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Sales team to help maximize client use, value, and satisfaction of our platform.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years demonstrated track record of growing existing business as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager or bringing in net new business in high tech/SaaS space.
  • Default technical aptitude to help clients maximize their investment and ensure non interruption to their service.
  • Desire to be inquisitive, assist clients with platform set up and answer start up questions.
  • Well versed in value-based solution selling.
  • Passionate about account forecast accuracy (churn and upsell) and dedicated follow up skills.
  • Extremely well-versed in IIoT and Industry 4.0 is a plus.
  • Great presentation skills along with high confidence in engaging with decision makers.
  • Powerful communication and interpersonal skills. Highly articulate via phone, email and in person is a differentiator, along with a positive engaged approach to working collaboratively with internal colleagues and external partners.
  • Inspired by working in a constantly changing and evolving work environment where growth is non-stop.
  • Savvy with HubSpot, Mixpanel, PowerPoint and Excel preferable
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 Per Year PrideStaff
