Job Description

LHH is partnering with a leading law firm in Miami, FL, to recruit a skilled Corporate Legal Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience in corporate law to join a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review corporate documents, including contracts and formation documents
  • Maintain and organize corporate records in compliance with applicable regulations
  • Conduct legal research on corporate governance and other corporate matters
  • Prepare corporate resolutions, meeting minutes, and other documents for board meetings
  • Support attorneys with transactional matters and due diligence processes
  • Organize and manage both electronic and physical filing systems
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a corporate legal assistant or paralegal
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, governance, and general corporate transactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Paralegal certification or equivalent training is preferred
