As they continue to scale, we are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Development Associate to support our M&A, investment, and strategic growth initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with executive leadership and private equity sponsors on high-impact transactions in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transaction Execution: Support end-to-end M&A and investment execution, including due diligence, valuation, modeling, and deal structuring.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, strategic adjacencies, and potential targets across the Energy Transition and Oil & Gas sectors.
  • Financial Modeling: Build and maintain robust financial models to assess potential acquisitions, partnerships, and capital investments.
  • Investment Memos & Presentations: Prepare materials for internal and external stakeholders, including investment committees and board meetings.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in the development of long-term corporate strategy and capital allocation initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with investment bankers, legal advisors, consultants, and counterparties throughout the deal lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance with a focus on Energy Transition and/or Oil & Gas .
  • Strong understanding of M&A, capital markets, and valuation methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial models and conduct detailed diligence.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative and ownership.
  • Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced, and high-performance culture.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus (but not required).
