Primior is hiring a  Content Marketing Specialist to lead content creation and distribution for our real estate investment, development, and asset management business. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on building trust, authority, and investor engagement through strategic content across multiple channels—including newsletters, social media, YouTube, podcasts, and more.

You’ll work directly with our CEO and leadership team to turn expert insights into powerful, conversion-driven content. What You’ll Be Doing

Content Marketing & Copywriting

  • Write and publish content including newsletters, blogs, eBooks, whitepapers, case studies, YouTube scripts, podcast outlines, and email campaigns
  • Repurpose content across formats and platforms
  • Create persuasive and educational copy tailored to real estate investing
  • Maintain a consistent, trustworthy brand voice

Social Media & Community Management

  • Manage daily posting and engagement on X (Twitter), Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Repurpose long-form content into reels, carousels, threads, and posts
  • Grow organic reach, respond to comments and DMs, and monitor feedback

AI-Powered Workflow Automation

  • Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, Zapier, and GoHighLevel to automate content creation and scheduling
  • Streamline internal workflows for social, email, and campaign execution

Graphic & Presentation Design

  • Create visual content including social graphics, decks, flyers, lead magnets, and email visuals
  • Use design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva
  • Ensure visuals are compelling, brand-aligned, and high-performing

Requirements

  • 3+ years in marketing, content, or communications
  • Strong copywriting skills and portfolio of content work
  • Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and workflow automation
  • Experience with visual design tools (Figma, Adobe, Canva)
  • Ability to manage content across blog, email, video, and social
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Irvine, California

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Video editing or YouTube production
  • Familiarity with ConvertKit, Instantly, Mailscale, or Clay
  • UI/UX design for landing pages and funnels
  • Understanding of SEO and paid ad basics (Meta, YouTube, X ads)

Compensation
