Job Description: Join Our Team as a Dedicated Reefer Nighttime Truck Driver for Costco! Average pay: $1,300-$1,500 weekly Home time: Daily Experience: Open to all CDL holders Overview: Transport reefer freight to Costco stores, with backhauls included. Enjoy a 100% no-touch freight experience, with 95% being drop-and-hook. Complete up to 7 loads weekly, with 1-2 stop-offs per load. Operate within a 150-mile radius of Owatonna, MN. Pay and Bonus Potential: Receive mileage pay alongside hourly compensation while on duty (not driving). Earn performance pay every week and enjoy a sign-on bonus: $3,000 for experienced drivers and $1,000 for inexperienced drivers, both paid over 12 months. Participate in paid orientation and accrue paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 holidays per year. Annual bonus opportunity: Earn up to 2% of your annual gross pay each year. Qualifications: Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Drivers must be available to drive at night. Applicants must reside within 35 miles of Eagan, MN or Owatonna, MN.
