Tennessee Community Services Agency (TNCSA) is seeking to fill a full-time position in our TennCare Provider Call Center. The TennCare Provider Call Center provides information and assistance pertaining to TennCare eligibility verification and claims status, processing, and resolution for TennCare providers.
**Work from home is available AFTER the successful completion required training which usually takes 3-4 weeks and is conducted at the Jackson, TN office.
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, excluding State observed holidays, 9:00am - 5:00pm.
About the Role - Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Providing assistance to TennCare providers and members regarding TennCare eligibility, TennCare covered services, application processes, eligibility categories and requirements, program policies and procedures. Provide customer service, conflict resolution, and conflict de-escalation. Maintaining an excellent working relationship with the TennCare Bureau, as well as TennCare providers, managed care contractors, and/or other State agencies. Acquire and maintain proficiency in knowledge of TennCare program through training.
Minimum Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalency, Valid Drivers License, Agree to a Criminal Background Check, 1 - 2 years of work experience.
Preferred Skills - Previous call center and/or customer service experience.
