Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Business Office Manager to oversee the administrative and financial operations of our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient office management, maintain compliance with regulations, and support the overall mission of providing high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily office operations, including billing, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.

- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to financial and administrative practices.

- Collaborate with clinical staff to support resident admissions and discharges.

- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports for management.

-- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.

- Address resident and family inquiries regarding billing and financial matters.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in skilled nursing facilities, is a plus.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
