Role Description

We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Representative to join our team in Orlando, FL or remotely. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals looking to kick-start their career in sales and client engagement within the dynamic world of technology recruitment.

As a Junior Business Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to build and nurture client relationships, identify business opportunities, and contribute to the growth of GCS’s technology recruitment business.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Learning about GCS’s services and our clients' industries, with a focus on the Telco and Broadcast spaces.
  • Proactively identifying and reaching out to potential clients to introduce GCS’s recruitment solutions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborating with the recruitment team to ensure successful placements and exceptional client experiences.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Assisting in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports to support client engagement.
  • Participating in regular training sessions to develop your sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • A passion for sales, business development, or client engagement (no prior experience required, though experience in sales or customer service is a plus).
