Pediatric Therapeutic Services (PTS), is an organization dedicated to providing comprehensive, education-based therapy services. We are actively seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our team and contribute to the mission of embracing, inspiring, and challenging every student, every day.
Position Overview:
As a BCBA with PTS, you will play a vital role in supporting students in a school-based setting. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting initial and ongoing educational and behavior assessments.
Developing and maintaining high-quality treatment progress based on assessment results.
Creating and supervising positive behavior support interventions for Tier 1 – 3.
Participating in multi-disciplinary meetings to contribute to Individual Education Plans.
Collaborating effectively with other disciplines to meet the diverse needs of all students.
Ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, State Board of Education rules, and School District policies.
