Team Gillman is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual (Spanish/English) KBB Buyer Assistant to support our vehicle acquisition team. This role will help facilitate the Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offer process by assisting with customer appointments, coordinating vehicle evaluations, and providing exceptional support to our buyers and appraisers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish regarding KBB offers and appointment scheduling
• Support KBB buyers by organizing paperwork, vehicle information, and appraisal details
• Assist with customer check-ins and ensure a positive experience
• Follow up on leads and maintain communication through CRM
• Help manage inventory flow related to KBB purchases
• Facilitate daily appraisals in our Service Drive

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written) required
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Customer service experience preferred, dealership experience a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent computer skills and attention to detail
• Well-skilled in social media such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to commute to S.W. Houston daily
