Job Description

Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Pay: $19.50 per hour

Remote: in office 1 day per month (Eden Prairie, Minnesota, 55347)

Duration: 12+ mo, Contract to Hire, W-2

Weekly Schedule: Will be one of the schedules below - Must be flexible with schedules below

* Schedule A: FRI - TUE (F: 4pm-10pm, S/Su: 8am-5pm, T/W: 4pm-12am)

* Schedule B: WED-SUN (W/Th: 4pm-12pm, F: 4pm-10pm, S/Su: 8am-5pm)

* Schedule C: THU - MON (Th/M: 4pm-12pm, F: 4pm-10pm, S/Su: 8am-5pm)

* Schedule D: FRI - TUE (4pm - 12am)

* Schedule E: WED - SUN (4pm - 12am)

* Schedule F: THU - MON (4pm - 12am)

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Manages order process for clients, establishing contacts and building relationships with customers to understand their needs.

* Communicates proactively with customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

* Manages conflict and difficult customer conversations with tact and diplomacy.

* Responds to inquiries and provides updates related to orders in a timely manner.

* Reviews internal and customer data for quality and accuracy .

* Executes customer pricing strategy , growing the business by identifying and communicating opportunities.

* Leverages available tools and resources to improve efficiency and maintain consistency.

* Utilizes data and reporting to improve service results and meet customer expectations.

* Uses technology to manage order statuses and initiate corrective actions when needed ( pricing, delivery times, weights, quantities, etc. ).

* Executes customer workflows, preferences, and SOPs to create cost-effective solutions.

* Resolves issues through customer communication, offering options and alternative solutions.

* Collaborates with operations teams to standardize tasks and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED

* Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal) required

* Customer Service experience

* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
