Year Round: Early Fridays (office closes around 2pm) + 10 work from home days

Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Associate Brand Manager . In this role, you will be responsible for executing brand strategies that elevate the brand's market position. This role supports the Director in Brand Marketing, Product Management, and Innovation needs for all brands. This is a critical role in helping to maintain brand identity and assisting with new product development and execution. Key areas include strategy and thought leadership, ongoing business and category analysis and recommendations, research and trend tracking, product strategy implementation and portfolio support, as well as project management and other brand marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing with M.B.A preferred
• Experience in brand management, preferably in consumer packaged goods or food & beverage industry and currently in a brand management role
• Strong organization, project management, communication, analytical skills and creative thinking
• Excellent presentation skills; is comfortable and confident working with others and presenting to Sr. Leadership
• Strong leadership skills and collaboration, can influence all areas within the organization
• Is both a strategic thought partner but can also delve into the day-to-day executional tasks
• Exceptional time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment can easily pivot as needed.
