Job Description

Windle Wealth, a dynamic investment firm, is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to manage critical day-to-day operations. Officially, this role functions as an Administrative Assistant , but internally, we call it our "Operations Slayer". This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems, streamlining processes, and ensuring smooth financial transactions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Process account openings and maintain client accounts
  • Handle all paperwork related to accounts, transfers, deposits, and withdrawals
  • Manage ACH, wire transfers, and other money movement processes
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations
  • Identify and troubleshoot operational challenges, using critical thinking to resolve issues
  • Maintain precise records and conduct routine audits
