What You'll Do:
✔ Provide general administrative support, including data entry, phone coverage, and file management.
✔ Ensure smooth office operations by maintaining supplies and coordinating with site personnel.
✔ Assist with client intakes, paperwork, and file management.
✔ Identify and suggest process improvements for administrative efficiency.
✔ Additional duties may include payroll processing, HR support, and onsite technical support.
What You Need:
✔ Experience in a medical or dental office
✔ 2+ years of administrative support experience.
✔ Experience with Accounts Payable, Payroll, or timekeeping is highly preferred.
