Accounts Payable Manager
Location: Orlando, FL
Pay Rate: $35–$40 per hour
Job Type: Full-time | Hybrid | Mon–Wed in office, Thurs–Fri remote

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager for our client to lead AP operations for a large portfolio. This role includes overseeing payment processing, managing 1099 and escheatment processes, and improving fraud controls and KPIs. This is an individual contributor role reporting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day AP operations

• Oversee 1099 reporting and escheatment

• Analyze and improve fraud metrics and KPIs

• Support ERP system functions and vendor issue resolution

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and offshore support

Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of accounts payable experience

• 5+ years of leadership experience preferred

• APM certification required

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• ERP system experience (PeopleSoft/Oracle preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
