About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to lead the development of mission-critical web applications using ReactJS, Node.js, and GraphQL . The ideal candidate has strong front-end and back-end expertise , a passion for building scalable applications , and a track record of delivering quality features without maintenance debt .

This role involves working directly with clients and cross-functional teams—including Strategy, UI/UX, QA, and Project Management —designing, building, and optimizing web applications within an AWS environment .

Key Responsibilities
  • Front-End Development: Build and optimize modern, responsive applications using ReactJS and advanced JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Back-End Development: Develop and maintain server-side applications with Node.js and integrate GraphQL APIs.
  • API Development & Integration: Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Testing & Code Quality: Ensure high-quality, maintainable code using testing automation frameworks .
  • Agile Development: Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies , participating in sprint planning, daily syncs, and weekly meetings .
  • Engineering Frameworks: Apply best practices in development, with preferred experience in frameworks and developer tools .
  • AWS Architecture: Navigate and implement solutions within Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work cross-functionally with designers, project managers, and stakeholders to align development with business objectives.
  • Performance Optimization: Write scalable and efficient code that minimizes technical debt and ensures long-term maintainability.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in software engineering and full-stack web development.
  • Strong front-end development skills with expertise in JavaScript (ReactJS) .
  • Experience with Node.js , including building and maintaining scalable applications.
  • Proven experience with GraphQL for designing and optimizing API interactions.
  • Proficiency in testing automation frameworks to ensure robust application performance.
  • Experience developing high-quality web applications with a focus on scalability and maintainability .
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working within a sprint-based development cycle .
  • Practical written and verbal communication skills , with experience participating in daily syncs and weekly team meetings .
  • Understanding of AWS infrastructure , including cloud-based application deployment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities , adaptability to new challenges, and a proactive mindset.
